Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original Alexander Hutton box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our logistics partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
